Upon arrival at KeflavĂk International Airport (KEF), collect your rental car and head to ReykjavĂk, Iceland’s vibrant capital. After checking into your hotel, spend the day exploring the city’s charming streets. Visit the iconic HallgrĂmskirkja church for panoramic views, stroll along the harbor, or discover quirky boutiques and cafes. The afternoon is free to relax and immerse yourself in the city’s unique atmosphere.

Day 2
The Golden Circle – Geysers, Waterfalls & Tectonic Plates

Today, embark on Iceland’s famous Golden Circle route. Your first stop is Ăžingvellir National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site where the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates meet, offering a unique geological and historical experience. Next, witness the powerful Strokkur geyser at the Geysir geothermal area, erupting every few minutes. Conclude the circuit with the magnificent Gullfoss waterfall, a truly breathtaking cascade. Depending on time, an optional visit to the Kerið volcanic crater lake can be added.

Day 3

Nearby, discover the hidden gem of GljĂşfrabĂşi. Continue to the mighty SkĂłgafoss waterfall, an impressive 60-meter drop. The afternoon brings you to the dramatic Reynisfjara black sand beach, famous for its basalt columns and powerful Atlantic waves. Explore the charming coastal village of Vik before heading to your accommodation.

Day 4
Glacier Lagoon & Diamond Beach – An Icy Spectacle

Today is dedicated to Iceland’s ethereal glacial landscapes. Drive further east to the mesmerizing JökulsárlĂłn Glacier Lagoon, where colossal icebergs calve from the Vatnajökull glacier and float serenely towards the sea. Adjacent to the lagoon is Diamond Beach, where ice chunks sparkle like diamonds on the black sand. There are opportunities for boat tours on the lagoon (seasonal, optional). On your return journey, you might visit Skaftafell Nature Reserve (part of Vatnajökull National Park) for a glimpse of its unique landscapes.

Visit the Blue Lagoon (requires advance booking) for a relaxing geothermal soak, or explore the Bridge Between Continents, highlighting Iceland’s unique geological position. Bid farewell to the Land of Fire and Ice.
